BUFFET
On Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday, which are special markets days in Pisac, we offer a varied lunch buffet with fresh salads, delicious appetizers, succulent main plates, exquisite desserts and a variety of hot and cold drinks.

PACHAMANKAS
The Pachamanka is a typical cooking technique where the delicious regional meat, cuy, is cooked directly in the earth, along with a wide variety of potatoes, meats and beans, all of which are enjoyed accompanied by a delicious Pisco Sour.
